I’m an ADHD + perimenopause coach for women — and I’ve lived what I teach. I’m also a licensed therapist, and certified sex therapist.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, just in time to hit perimenopause like a hormonal freight train. When my routines crumbled and my emotions turned up to 11, I realized: I’m not the only woman feeling like a stranger in her own brain.
